1.5 Bananas (I keep mine frozen so I microwave it for 30 seconds before I place it in the blender) 5 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree 5 leafs of spinach 3 Tablespoons Spice Cake Mix (Gluten Free works also) 1 Egg 2 Tablespoons Chocolate chips Blend banana, pumpkin puree, spinach, cake mix, and egg. Pour in microwave safe mug Stir in chocolate chips Microwave for 6:30-7:00 Let sit for 2-3 minutes as it will be very hot Enjoy!

1/2 Head of Cauliflower or 3 Cups Cauliflower Rice 2 Large Eggs 1 Teaspoon minced garlic 1 Tablespoon Parsley 1 Teaspoon Oregano 1 Teaspoon Basil 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Salt Any Pizza Toppings you enjoy Preheat oven to 425 degrees Finely chop/shred cauliflower or measure cauliflower rice then microwave it for 6 minutes.
