Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  • 1/2 Head of Cauliflower or 3 Cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Any Pizza Toppings you enjoy
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Finely chop/shred cauliflower or measure cauliflower rice then microwave it for 6 minutes. Use paper towels to press water from cauliflower. 
  3. Combine all ingredients other than toppings and stir well. Spread onto an oiled cookie sheet or silicone mat into 2 personal pizza crusts and bake for 13 minutes or until crust begins to lightly brown.
  4.  Put on any toppings and bake for another 6 minutes.
