Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mug Muffin (Gluten Free Option)

  • 1.5 Bananas (I keep mine frozen so I microwave it for 30 seconds before I place it in the blender)
  • 5 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 5 leafs of spinach
  • 3 Tablespoons Spice Cake Mix (Gluten Free works also)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate chips
  1. Blend banana, pumpkin puree, spinach, cake mix, and egg.
  2. Pour in microwave safe mug
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Microwave for 6:30-7:00
  5. Let sit for 2-3 minutes as it will be very hot
  6. Enjoy!
