1-2 frozen chicken breasts 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon of garlic 1 teaspoon of chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon of cumin Salt and pepper to taste 1 can of black beans (optional) 6 bell peppers (various colors are peferred but not required) Cut bell peppers into bite-size pieces Place frozen chicken in the bottom of your Insta-pot and add all ingredients in order.
