- 1 1/4 cup white rice
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ground turkey
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans
- 1/3 cup Mexican cheese: Optional
- Cook Rice in Insta-Pot on rice setting by combining white rice, water, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Cook ground turkey on stove top or in Insta-Pot on poultry setting, or reheat if cooked ahead of time.
- Once turkey and rice are cooked combine add together with salsa and black beans in Insta-Pot.
- Serve immediately.
- Top with cheese as desired.
